Saba was a great and attentive host. The flat is spacious and well equipped. There is back up water and power supply, so that we always had water and electricity- this is not a given in Addis and a big plus. We also liked the location of the flat - it was central yet quiet. The building has 24h security guards, who were paying attention to the people coming in and out. Overall, we‘ve had great stay in Saba‘s appartment and would definitely come back when we are back to Addis.

I stays at Saba's place first 7 nights and then extended another 2 nights. 1) Saba is very responsive and professional. She tries to help you with whatever issue you have. She also allowed me to stay way after check out time because I had my flight in the evening. 2) The location of the building is good (but not great). I booked a taxi in the Ride App from the Airport to the location. You need to make sure that you book the right "Jambo Real Estate". It turned out that it was "Jambo Group Head Office Meskel Flower" in the Ride App and Google Maps. That tip should save you all the trouble finding it because remember: In Addis Ababa they don't really use addresses. The apartment is close to the airport. Just 10-15 minutes via taxi. I paid in the Ride App usually between 230 - 260 Birr for the ride. The regular taxi drivers wanted 600 Birr for the same way. So use the Rise App ! The road in which the apartment is has no Asphalt. 3) Apartment: The place looks like on the pictures.

A beautiful place in the center of Addis. It was spacious and clutter free. I felt right at home and loved how clean it was. The owner was engaged and responded to all of my requests promptly. I had a pleasant stay.
