Conveniently located off of HWY 321 and INT 40, this little home is the perfect place for those passing through or looking to set roots in the area. This space has two bed rooms, with a dedicated workspace that features a daybed with a trundle, one bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, dining area, laundry and more. With a fenced in back yard and covered front porch the outside can be enjoyed just as much. Parks, walking track, grocery stores and more all within a mile from our front door. Enjoy! Upon your arrival you will see a concrete driveway with a gravel portion at the top. Feel free to park in the driveway or on the street in directly in front of the house (please don’t park in front of the neighbors house). Upon entry you will walk into a cozy living room with a big screen tv, plus a comfortable couch and oversized chair for lounging. Directly off the living room is the conjoined dining room and kitchen. There are four place settings on the table, a K-Duo coffee machine with enough k-cups, creamers, and sugars to get you started. The kitchen is stocked with all the basics and cabinets have been labeled to help locate everything. The laundry room and back door are accessible from here featuring a stacked washer and dryer and supply/pantry area available as well. At the end of the hall are 2 traditional bedrooms with comfortable bedding and televisions in each. The 3rd bedroom we’ve converted into an office with a day bed. Each room has a closet for storage, however the master also includes a dresser. Back in the hallway you can find two closets. One is used for linens and the other for first aid, emergency and cleaning supplies. Last but not least is the bathroom located on the left in the hallway. This room includes a lighted vanity mirror with anti-fog capabilities. The bathroom fan and light are compatible with the smart speaker. If you flip the light switch and one of these doesn’t turn on, try saying “Hey Goog|e, turn on the bathroom light” or “Hey Goog|e, turn on the bathroom fan.” You can find shelving in the bath/shower combo as well as a detachable shower head with multiple settings.
