Lovely apartment in a lovely location! I will definitely stay again, even came with free secure underground parking

We had a comfortable stay. Apartment was clean and well furnished. However, the key collection and return from a food store approx 10-15 minutes’ drive away was inconvenient and annoying. We struggled to park near the store, then had to queue behind people buying their food shopping to collect the key from the till operator. Similar proces for returning the key - a nuisance when you just want to hit the road and get home. We are used to getting keys from a lockbox on site, and people considering renting this property need to be warned about the key palaver! We had difficulty in finding the allocated parking space. The check-in instructions provided the space ID and referred to an attached photo which didn’t exist. I replied asking for the photo but the response said they didn’t have one. We arrived at night and spent 20 minutes looking for the space. There is no logic to the numbering of parking spaces! By the way, the space is in the multi-storey, ground floor.

A modern apartment in a decent location. The main issue however, is you are required to pick up and drop off the keys from a shop around a 10 minute drive away, and therefore are at the mercy of their opening times. If you don't drive then this could be a much bigger issue. As this is a new property, then I am willing to forgive this somewhat as a teething issue - but I would recommend that the host addresses this and makes it much easier for the tennant. Please remember this before booking the property as it might be worth contacting the host for more information.
