Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war gut gelegen und es war alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig.

We get local recommendations which was nice, accommodation was clean and close to the city center. Communication was its host was quick and clear. We can recommend staying at this place!

We loved our stay with Hanping. His communication was outstanding, the room neat and spacious and the Village Inn itself quite cute. While we spent the day after checkout on a Milford Sounds tour, we - quite generously- were allowed to leave our car at the accommodation. Overall, a lovely experience.

We struggled to find somewhere to stay in Te Anau so this wasn’t our first choice. Having said that, the place was clean, tidy, spacious, had a good shower, and was well located in Te Anau so fully did what we needed it to do. However, the cost was higher than other places we have stayed in New Zealand which were much more modern and better equipped. It was also not clear from the images on the listing what type of room we were getting, as the listing shows all different rooms the motel offers, so we were quite surprised to receive a room with 2 double beds and a sofa bed (perhaps why the room felt expensive for our needs). We checked in after the reception closed and, in the dark, it wasn’t clear where to get our keys etc, especially with the large buses parked outside (for larger Chinese groups). However it didn’t take too long to figure it out and get inside.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Motel. Für eine Nacht okay. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut samt Empfehlungen für Wanderungen. Der Wunsch für zwei getrennte Betten wurde sofort möglich gemacht. Der Duschkopf ließ sich nicht mehr fixieren, und die Herdplatten waren verkohlt.
