The studio is 20m2 in size and is located in the vibrant 11th arrondissement of Paris, between République and the sought-after Marais district. With its ideal location on the dynamic rue Jean-Pierre Timbaud, you will enjoy an authentic and unforgettable experience in the heart of the French capital. The neighborhood is known for its lively atmosphere and vibrant character, with numerous shops, restaurants, bars, and boutiques lining its sidewalks. The atmosphere around the studio is friendly and multicultural. There is a wide variety of trendy addresses, making it a favorite spot for locals, young Parisians, and visitors alike. In the evenings, the atmosphere is lively and animated ! You'll be close to the Marché des Enfants Rouges, Rue de Bretagne and Carreau du Temple! Several metro stations are nearby, including Parmentier, Oberkampf, and République stations. This allows you to quickly reach all corners of the capital: the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, the Champs-Élysées, the Marais, the Left Bank and the Latin Quarter, the Ile de la Cité and Notre Dame de Paris... Our property is on the 5th floor with a lift and comprises : - A room with a double bed, a side table, and a television. - A fully equipped open kitchen: refrigerator, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine. - A spacious bathroom with a shower, sink, towel rack, and toilet - The studio is equipped with air conditioning - Storage space to organize your personal belongings - Bed linen and towels are provided by us - Television and high-speed Internet (WiFi)

Excelente relacion precio calidad, un poquito chico para una espacio con cocina
it was a very clean and equipped studio. Super small. Located in a good area with a lot of places to eat, shop. Close to main metro and also not too far to walk to many tourist attractions with the flare of locals around.
L’appartamento e’ situato in una location eccezionale e vicinissima alla fermata della metro Oberkampf. Il Palazzo e’ stato ristrutturato di recente ed e’ curato in ogni minimo dettaglio. La camera, piccola ma essenziale, arredata con gusto e dotata di ogni comfort. La Host e’ stata molto gentile, sicuramente torneremo!
Adoramos as estadia, bairro muito vivo cheio de coisas próximas para fazer. A acomodação é pequena mas suficiente com tudo que precisa para dois. Único ponto negativo é que a janela da para um poço de luz, aos fundos da edificação. Pelas foros eu havia entendido que era para a rua.
Très bon rapport qualité prix. L’emplacement est très bien , ainsi que la propreté qui était impeccable. L’arrive est facile d’accès. Cependant il faut s’y prendre à deux ou trois fois pour le code afin d’ouvrir la porte, c’était assez embêtant. La chambre est très petite, mais pour un court séjour cela n’est pas dérangeant. Je recommande.
