Schoon appartement op een goede locatie, super!

Hell, geräumig und sehr zentral. Modern im IKEA Stil eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber hat uns immer direkt geantwortet, wenn es Probleme gab wie z.B. beim einchecken nach Mitternacht als die Zahlenschlösser nicht funktionierten oder das Internet nur zeitweise nicht/langsam ging. Leider ist es trotz geschlossenen und neuen Fenstern gerade nachts so laut, da sich vor der Disco nebenan Feiernde vor der Tür treffen, Männergruppen in regelmäßigen Abständen grölend in/aus dem Ausgehviertel Kazimierz pilgern (Hauptachse) und wenn man das alles überstanden hat, fährt ab 4.30 Uhr die Strassenbahn scheppernd gefühlt durchs Schlafzimmer. Wir hatten keine geruhsamen Nächte hier. Für all das kann der Gastgeber nichts, ich würde jedoch daher die Unterkunft nicht erneut wählen.

I want to start with the clear positives of our stay. The location is brilliant and the apartment was clean, matched the photos exactly and was well worth the price. I would absolutely stay there again and the access to trams was ideal (Stradom stop is right outside and, from there, it’s maybe 10 minutes to all the major sites). We were very happy with our stay. There are, however, a couple of things to know. The parking outside is residents only, despite the pay machine you will get clamped if you park there. You do get points on your driving licence and a fine, too. Secondly, there is a washing machine in the apartment but no way to dry your clothes. That’s fine if you’re staying for a few days but anything longer; you’ll have to dry your clothes on radiators. If you’re a little older/carrying heavy bags then do please be aware that the apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator. This wasn’t an issue for us but it may be helpful for others to know. All in all, we loved it!
