Enjoy the comfort of the Railroad rm; or the Alaska Wild rm. Both rooms have queen beds and Roku televisions. Feel free to sign in! There is also 1 parking stall available. It's close to coastal trails, the lake, parks, restaurants, a grocery store, a spa, and banks. You name it, it's near! Enjoy available inside & outside games Upon request, we have the following for the little ones: Pack 'N Play with changing table, bassinet, stroller, car seat (infant & toddler), bottle warmer, and a few toys.

Ayanna is a wonderful host who cares about the people who stay in her unit. There were a variety of snacks waiting for us upon arrival. She replied promptly to any questions we had and we are completely satisfied with our stay.

I truly don’t think the pictures listed do the apartment justice . This apartment is so cute . The host was so kind and sweet , and was so responsive. (if you get a chance to chat with the neighbor Evelyn - take a moment and chat - she’s so sweet). i will absolutely stay here in the future if it is available !!!
Ayanna was easy to work with and responsive. Place was clean and met our needs. Neighborhood was sketchy.
Ayanna’s place is perfect for a visit to Anchorage. It is well stocked. Squeaky clean. Ayanna also inquired the age of my niece accompanying me and made sure to keep toys and books for her. Definitely would stay here next time.

This beautiful South Anchorage suite, is on a corner lot of a cul-de-sac, in a nice Jewel Lake neighborhood. Conveniently located near grocery stores, entertainment, parks, and lakes.
Looking to do a little fishing without having to travel too far? Well, you’re in luck. We have 2 fishing areas located within close proximity. 3- minute drive to Kent Roth Memorial Fishing Dock and an 8-minute drive to Campbell Creek fishing area. Alaska is full of coastal trails that will lead you all over Anchorage. Campbell Creek Bike Trail is an approx. 11-minute drive. Don’t forget to check out Kincaid Park!
There is 1 parking spot for each suite
- 1-minute walk to Jewel Lake Bowling Alley, Holiday Gas station, coffee shop, and more
- 5-minute walk to the local grocery store (CARRS/Safeway), Alaska Fitness Club, and a variety of restaurants
- 5-minute drive to Fred Meyer, Walgreens, Burlington
- 5-min walk to Jewel Lake. A community use park with a swimming beach, fishing dock, sheltered and non-sheltered picnic area, playground, and other recreational amenities
- 10-minute walk, 2 min drive to trails, trails, trails, (running, walking biking, cross country skiing), etc.
- 8-minute drive to Target
- 8 to 10-minute drive to the Airport
- 10-minute drive to Costco, Dimond Center Mall (Movie Center inside), and more restaurants
- 15-minute drive to Providence hospital, University of Alaska, and Downtown Anchorage
- Bus #65 Will take you to Dimond Mall Transit Center. It will asl take you to the Ted Stevens Airport
