This Airbnb offers tranquility and comfort, featuring private parking, fiber optic connection, and breathtaking views of Patagonia. The main window of the Airbnb overlooks Lake Gutierrez, Cerro Ventana, Cerro Catedral ski slopes, and the Habsburg Stone. The unit includes a bathroom, kitchenette, living/dining area, and a bedroom with a Queen bed in a lovely Alpine A frame mezzanine. The 50'' TV provides various complimentary streaming services for guests to enjoy. The building has 3 Airbnb units, each one completely independent. Only the main entrance is shared. Check-in with no time restrictions, lockbox, and smart locks.

Paul e Erika foram extremamente atenciosos e solícitos quando necessitamos. Nos auxiliaram no dia que nevou, e como eu estava de aniversário ainda deixaram um vinho de presente 🥰 A casa possui a vista mais maravilhosa dos Cerros, e uma tranquilidade inexplicável. Além de ser super limpa, cheirosa e bem equipada! O dog (Rock) que fica pela volta da casa, é a coisa mais querida! Retornamos para o Brasil com o coração quentinho e pensando na volta para essa casa incrível! Obrigada Érika e Paul
Increíble, superó totalmente las expectativas. Vistas impresionantes, podes disfrutar del paisaje incluso sin salir del departamento, equipado con todo lo necesario para disfrutar del lugar en todo momento, me sentí como en mi propia casa. Paul y Erika fueron super atentos y respondieron todas las dudas en pocos minutos, muy buena comunicación. Uno se puede manejar tranquilamente en colectivo y a pie, al lago se llega cómodamente en unos 40 minutos caminando dependiendo el ritmo, sin embargo recomendaría el uso de auto ya que todo se hace mas rápido y se puede aprovechar mas el tiempo. Volvería mil veces mas, precio mas que justificado.

The place is so pretty you nearly might not want to leave to explore Bariloche! So cosy, great details like WIFI QR codes, shampoo, salt and pepper and an amazing view. Perfect place also if you need to spent a rainy day inside. City Center is 15 min drive away. Best hikes 30 min drive. Totally recommend!! Erika & Paul were super helpful with restaurant recommendations and other questions we had.

Lomas del Cauquen is NOT located in downtown Bariloche.
The newly developed neighborhood with underground utility services avoiding visual pollution. We are only 50 meters from the main paved road. Take into count that public transportation is very limited in Bariloche, especially outside downtown. If you are not planning on renting a car we advise you to find your stay in downtown.
During winter it is necessary to have a vehicle that has CHAINS or SNOW TIRES and as it happens in all the neighborhoods of Bariloche, it may not be that all the internal streets are clear of snow. The lodging is not responsible if the guest does not have a suitable vehicle to circulate in these conditions or cannot reach the lodging. Cancellation policies are detailed on the site.
