Comfortable apartment in the heart of Genoa, a few steps from the Aquarium, the Galata Museum, and the Old Port. Recently renovated apartment located on the second floor of a building in an ideal area to visit the city through the typical Genoese alleys full of shops and restaurants. The apartment opens onto a living room with a sofa, dining table, and open kitchen, complete with dishwasher, microwave, and espresso machine. The sleeping area has two rooms, the first with a queen-sized bed and the second with two single beds. A bathroom with a shower and hairdryer completes the layout. Heating, washing machine, and iron are at the disposal of the guests during their stay. We also offer our guests truly authentic experiences to live like a local. L'appartamento è molto bello, arredato con gusto, ha ogni elettrodomestico di cui si può aver bisogno. Il palazzo è dotato di ascensore. Abbiamo trovato la pulizia non accurata e letti e cuscini scomodi. La posizione è meravigliosa, in una piazzetta gradevolissima, tipica e viva. Attorno ci sono tantissimi negozietti e botteghe, ristoranti e bar. Si trova vicino al centro, vicinissimo a piazza Don Gallo e a 5 minuti a piedi dal porto antico. Dalla finestra della stanza padronale si gode di uno scorcio meraviglioso sulla piazzetta sottostante.
Tout d’abord, Ce n’étais pas le logement souhaité dans un premier temps, la solution de remplacement ne nous a pas satisfait (il manquait un lit supplémentaire + une télévision). Mis à part ça le logement est bien situé il manque tout de même une place de parking.
Die Wohnung ist modern, sauber und neu eingerichtet. Trotzdem haben wir uns leider nicht sehr wohlgefühlt. Mit ihrer Lage am Hafen ist alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die direkt angrenzende kleine Gasse, die in die eine Richtung zum Bahnhof und in die andere in die Altstadt führt, ist jedoch eher düster (vergleichbar Frankfurter Bahnhofsviertel). Mit Kind und Abends sind wir dort nicht durch.Durch die engen Gassen fällt wenig Licht in die Wohnung. Die Hauptstraße ist sehr laut. Der größte Minuspunkt für uns war, dass die Wohnung, die wir bekommen haben, nicht der Wohnung auf den Fotos hier in der Anzeige entsprochen hat. Wir hatten zwar ein zweites Schlafzimmer, allerdings nicht mit zwei Einzelbetten, sondern einem kleinen Schlafsofa. Grundausstattung und Geschirr ist spärlich. Für alle mit Kindern: es gibt zwar einen Fahrstuhl, aber erst ab dem 1.OG, also man muss erst eine steile, enge Treppe rauf gehen. Mit Kinderwagen sehr unpraktisch. Babybett war nicht verfügbar.
