Laundry is on site. Front and back patios have seating areas. Renting out 1 furnished bedroom with a private bathroom in a 1500 sqft 3-bedroom Townhouse. Front and back patios have seating areas. Neighborhood is a golf course community with 2 pools, 2 lakes with walkable nature paths, and tenant would have access to all the amenities. Neighborhood has sidewalks, large mature trees and is very close to the grocery store, restaurants, shopping, entertainment and 1-35. During your stay: I am available to interact with guests but I offer them privacy as well.

Christina was delightful! We even got to enjoy each other’s company one evening when she joined me for dinner out and kept me company. I can definitely recommend that any lady traveling alone can confidently stay with Christina and feel safe and secure.
This stay was great. The room is cozy and clean. The neighborhood is very pretty and Christina is a 5 star Host. Communicated throughout with very clear instructions and she definitely made the stay feel comfortable and welcoming. A true asset to those seeking just a room for the night.
What a wonderful hostess! I felt so comfortable and welcome. Christina was friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond the minimum. She had some helpful tips for enjoying the town, along with my name printed on the door of my room! Everything was clean and tidy. Her instructions were easy to follow. There was a lovely little nature path across the street from the house that I followed around a lake, which is great if you love walking! 10/10 no complaints, highly recommend, would stay with her again!
Such a great place with a great host!!! If you are on the fence about booking, just book it!! It really is a great spot tucked away in a great neighborhood, but close to everything. The host was friendly, engaging and helpful. I will be back!

Neighborhood has sidewalks, large mature trees and is very close to the grocery, restaurants, shopping, entertainment and 1-35.
Parking is free and in front of the residence on a wide residential street. No trailers, boats, or RV’s are permitted due to HOA guidelines. I know….it’s a bummer…Sorry!
