The loft has everything you need so you only need to bring your toothbrush, all with the Clink Rooms & Flats commitment to quality and excellence. We look forward to seeing you! We have WIFI via high-speed fibre optics where you can easily combine work and leisure while enjoying all that the city of Valencia has to offer. The flat also has Smart TV in case you want to relax at the end of the day. In our fully equipped kitchen you will have everything you need to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner: fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, kitchen utensils, crockery, etc. The loft also has sheets, towels, hairdryer and amenities.

E very small house in a quiet neighbourhood only 20min on foot to Serranos Towers. Nearby there were restaurants and cafes. The house is on the ground floor and the sound insulation is very weak so maybe if you are not a morning person you could hear people getting in and out of the building. The condo was very clean and tidied with all the extras that are being mentioned. The bathroom was not the more spacious one but definitely oe of the celanest one. To mention though there was no wardrobe so it's difficult to hang clothes. Alos times a wierd smell came in from the windows. All in all we had a nice stay. We walked to the center and we visited the businesses we needed (traveled for business). It may be one of my future options again.
Sehr klein. Für drei Personen eigentlich zu eng. Außerdem sehr hell hörig. Man hört jedes Mal die Haustür schlagen und kann fast jedes Wort/ Geräusch aus dem Flur mithören. Der kleine Hof/ Terasse ist leider der Abwasser Hof des ganzen Gebäudes, dementsprechend riecht es auch.
Small but Nice Apartment. Good kitchen equipment. Host very fast with replies and help. Its a bit further away from the city centre.
El lugar es pequeño, pero muy cómodo. Fácil de acceder y con metro cerca. También la zona es muy tranquila y con tiendas de conveniencia alrededor
Buen lugar para pasar unos días. El apartamento tal como se describe, algo ruidoso al estar cerca de la entrada principal del edificio. Estaba todo limpio y como se indicaba.

The flat is located in the popular neighbourhood of Benicalap, a traditional neighbourhood with history and vitality located just a few steps away from the city centre of Valencia.
Next to the flat you will find the necessary services for your stay such as supermarkets just 200 metres away, bars, restaurants... You will also find the Marxalenes park, the second most visited garden in the city, an ideal place for your walks and moments of peace and quiet.
If you don't want to walk, we recommend you to travel by public transport as the number 60 bus is only 3 minutes away from the flat. This way is sustainable, fast and economical, and you can easily reach the city's points of interest.
You also have available, if you wish, the Trànsits tram stop just 5 minutes walk from the flat. It will connect you to the beach in a few minutes.
