In the middle of nowhere but only 8 miles from Boston town, 12 miles from Skegness Beach and 3 miles from the sea/coast boasting award winning RSPB nature reserves and marshes. 28 cabins on a 3 acre lake. Pet and children are more than welcome. We have 12 acres of land and orchard for you to go for a walk and even a dog agility area (Bookable). Double cabins with Finnish hot tubs (Adults only, charges apply for wood/firelighters). Twin cabins pet/child friendly. Double cabins pet/child friendly. Cabin is on the edge of the lake, sleeps 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Kitchen with induction stove top, combi microwave oven and fridge with freezer compartment. We provide luxury hotel bedding, towels and toilet roll. Washing up items, tea towels and bin bags. Parking is right next to your cabin (2 vehicles max). You can fish straight from your cabin on the hard standing or grass depending on what time of year it is. The lake consists of F1, mirror, common and ghost Carp, ide, bream, barbel, teanch, rudd, roach and perch. Free wifi and smart tv. Tea, coffee and sugar provided. Located 3 miles from the sea. 8 miles from Boston town centre and only 12 miles from Skegness. Ideal for father son bonding time or just for two friends wanting to chill and fish all day and night! Lovely peaceful place, brilliant for fishing, brilliant for dogs, just what we wanted. Hosts were fantastic. Shop in the local village, not too far from Boston or Skegness.

Had a lovely stay at Old Leake. The cabin was as advertised, very clean and full of charm. The location was very peaceful, it would be ideal for anyone with a dog. Would certainly return and would like to stay longer... and hope for better weather!
Absolutely stunning location. Nothing was too much trouble. Took their time out of their busy day to help and chat with us. Very approachable, knowledgeable and generally very nice people. Would highly recommend and superb value for money. Can’t wait to go back!

We are a friendly couple who bought quite alot of rental properties in and around Boston. Our most popular staycation is on a stunning 16 acre piece of land 5 miles from the East Coast (The Wash), which boasts a 3 acre adults only, no pets, peaceful fishing lake and 6 beautiful log cabins and 2 Glamping pods. Sit outside on the veranda with your favourite drink and soak up the tranquility! Free fishing. We live onsite and our house was featured on September 2019 TV show Grand Designs (season 19 episode 2). The Cabins are self catering, complete with kitchen and everything you need. Please note some cabins do not have a freezer. 4 cabins have log burners, which we provide the logs and the modern 2 cabins are gas central heating. The pods are basic with a radiator, microwave toaster, kettle and fridge/freezer. We also have pet friendly 2 bedroom cottages available nearby, out of the way but only a short drive into Boston Town Centre and not too far from skegness (around 12 miles). Please ask any questions.
