Nijat really help us to checking smoothly with any complications, he was always helpful, the apartment was much like what has been described in the photos and it was clean except for small stuff which also normal. I highly recommend the place for those who arriving on short stay I recommend to the host to add more bed pelows, to add more tools to his kitchen, if so it will perfect I overall evaluate my stay by: 8.5/10

A modern, newly-furnished apartment on the eleventh floor in a safe and quiet apartment complex. A number of supermarkets and other stores in the area. The location is pretty good as it is around 1 km from the 28 May Metro Station and a short cab ride away from the Nizami Street area and the old town. If the weather is good and one feels up to it, then one could even walk to these areas. The stay was comfortable and convenient, and the coordination with our host Nijat was smooth and easy. Friendly and kind, Nijat was indeed helpful and always just a text/call away. He even facilitated an early check-in for us. Would love to stay again at Nijat’s place whenever we visit Baku again.

Nijat mükemmel bir ev sahibiydi.İhtiyaçlarımı söylediğimde hemen üşenmeden getirdi.Ev site içinde çok güzel dizayn edilmiş çok temizdi.Asansörlü ve kendinizi güvende hissedeceğiniz bir yer . 2 dk yürüme mesafesinde 7/24 açık market olması çok güzeldi.Nijata anlayışı ev sahipliği için çok teşekkür ediyorum.

شقة جميلة جداً .. تقع في الدور 11 و يوجد بها بلكونه لها اطلاله رائعه .. تعامل المضيف مميز .. سوف اكرر الحجز في حال عودتي لباكو
