Only 12 min to downtown! Breathtaking views, zen waterfall, multi-level koi ponds delight the senses! Treat yourself to a natural getaway! Choose from the broad list of fine dining options Chico has to offer! Our owner is chemical and fragrance sensitive. We use natural cleaning products, detergents and soaps. This is romantic, private stand alone studio with one King bed and a very well equipped kitchenette. This unit shares three private detached bathrooms that are accessed from outside as this was a summer camp and retreat center. Though the photos show two beds, we have removed the Queen bed on the right to make living room space. Only the large King bed on the left still remains. Perfect for two people. I have new photos to take but the space is amazing! ❤️

Wonderful serene place. Very clean and awesome living spaces. Staff is very friendly and on top of what you need also made us feel right at home. The pool wasn’t in season but it was full of frogs and little tadpoles it was an amazing experience for my little one. I have no complaints at all!
The Jasmine Bungalow was a lovely place inside and out. The detached bathroom is not the most comfortable. But the price is right. The morning was very cold and we learned too late that the pellet stove had to be manually started. Definitely a wonderful getaway.
absolutely beautiful in the early mornings
This place and our stay was a DREAM. Stunning location, beautiful accommodations and landscaping, incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Angelleyna was very responsive and even walked us through starting the pellet stove because she was concerned it would be too cold for us and she wanted it to be as cozy as possible. Other staff on premises were friendly and helpful. (All the non-human creatures were friendly too - those koi!) Overall, it felt like a retreat at a spa. This Airbnb is a gem. We can't wait to come back.

We are located seven miles up a 65 mph hwy, 12 to 15 min drive to downtown Chico.
Uber last checked was $22 each way from downtown.

I am an artistic person. I am warm and friendly, though appreciate ample time alone in order to write and work. I am a singer/songwriter, recording artist, intuitive counselor and interior designer. My fiancé is a builder, contractor and surfer. We like to nestle in, hunker down and get to work! We thrive on organic whole food based, locally sourced home prepared meals. I enjoy a kombucha and coconut water lifestyle, though I’ll take tea and fresh citrus juice in the morning. I enjoy learning. I am very sensitive to colors, lights, sounds, smells, and others feelings. I also at times, can be quite intuitive. I am a clean freak because of my sensitivities. We really enjoy setting up and maintaining beautiful environments together !
