The newly built private elevated pool is yours alone to use located next to your entry door. Parking is out the front and the convenience of a short 5 minute stroll to the restaurants and shops of Trinity Beach makes this the ideal location for any staycation. Our home is located at the top of Moore Street Trinity Beach. With spectacular views of the Coral Sea and the tropics surrounding us it is blissfully quiet, yet so close to the Sea you can hear the waves crashing on the beach below. When travelling away we have the private and separate lower half of our house available for guests looking for the privacy of a house, yet a space that is suitable for 1 to 4 guest not wanting to be staying in a holiday resort complex. Our elevated pool is yours alone to enjoy during the your stay. A small kitchenette and a BBQ on the enormous undercover balcony is perfect for casual meals, or eating out at the many available restaurants in Trinity Beach is only minutes away. Palm Cove is a quick 12 minutes drive or Uber ride, and Cairns only 25 minutes. A six seat outdoor table, sun lounge and set of wicker chairs adorn the balcony, with an additional indoor dining table, lounge and large smart TV is in the main living space. Fast unlimited WiFi is included. Both bedrooms also have a study space and there are two totally renovated private bathrooms with walk-in showers and a toilets. The highlight of the house in addition to the view is the newly built, elevated pool with a large protected timber deck. Surrounded by palms you can relax on the deck or cool off in the pool (heated during cooler months) whilst enjoying the beautiful view of the Coral Sea and surrounds.
