The home has two, cozy bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main level. The spacious living area also has an additional sofa bed. The fully-furnished kitchen has sit-in nook for morning coffee or a large dining area for family dinners or game nights. The kitchen overlooks the backyard and pasture where our livestock often graze. Guests are free to access the laundry room and Wifi is available for your use as well. There are two additional beds and a half-bath upstairs for larger families or gatherings. This extra space may be utilized for groups of more than 4 people only. You will need approval to access & an extra nightly fee of $30.00 will be charged. Just let me know if you plan to use so it can be unlocked and ready for you! The home has hardwood floors throughout & is equipped with central heat and air conditioning. There is plenty of parking in the circle driveway and the 2-car garage. A nice yard, patio, BBQ grill & basketball court make it perfect for family fun or just relaxing!
