Newly renovated home perfect for families and animals to spread out with plenty of parking on 2.37 acres. Smart TVs are connected to Wifi and have local channels. Barndominium behind house has single tenant and will not disturb you. Feel free to make some noise -- it's pretty quiet out there. It's a work-in-progress and improvements are being made every day. For additional $30 per night there is an RV spot behind barndominium. Great place to spread out and breathe fresh air. Feel safe letting the kids run around outside on the property. Barndominium is leased and unavailable. The only noise is the occasional braying of a nearby donkey. It's a very friendly and peaceful town.

We had family come in from multiple States to view the eclipse and this location was right on the centerline. Very remote and relaxing. No city noise. Roosters were the alarm clocks. Adjacent properties have very friendly guard donkeys that loved being petted. The house is older ranch-style that had just been renovated inside with brand new stylish finishes. It was also impeccably clean. The host lived behind the house in the barndominium and graciously brought out extra lounge chairs for us to use to watch the eclipse. The host was very responsive and friendly in all her communications. A large property ideal for dogs who have the zoomies. Nice large garage that fit two cars and extra parking space in the driveway.

Came for Tx2k, 30-40min drive from track. Very clean and spacious house, nice kitchen and bathrooms. Had 3 people with me and we were all comfortable!
Very nice place was perfect for what we wanted and to walk the dogs
