Pool and hot tub was confusing to operate. Internet had strong signal in only one room. As the router was in a central part of the house, it could not transmit through walls. Many old remnants of wall hangings and such around the house that suggests it was not well maintained. Overall it was a decent place to stay but for the price it was not up to par. We were also charged 890$ USD for electric, which I will admit was partially our fault but most Thailand AirBnBs I’ve rented of this magnitude will usually allow a free allowance. I believe majority of the cost was the pool and sump pump always running 24/7 as well as AC. The host company was great though, always answered questions and was able to provide assistance quickly.

The place can be better upkeep, for example, tap in the kitchen can be fixed in advance so check in wouldn’t be delayed and aircon in the main living hall is defective.
