Additional guests will be impressed by the second suite with its own deluxe king-size bed and ensuite bathroom for deep rest and total privacy. Bringing additional family or kids? No problem! A guest room with a queen bed and a bunk room with four twin beds await. There’s even a full guest bathroom with a shower-tub combo for them to splash around in. Ready to whip up a culinary masterpiece? Our modern, chic kitchen is your playground, stocked with stainless steel appliances and a four-person breakfast bar made for morning pancakes and hot coffee. Time to take the party outside! Take a dip in the beautiful screened-in pool. This private backyard is an oasis for rejuvenating your spirit or simply having a blast with loved ones. When the stars come out, gather around the luxe outdoor fireplace for marshmallow roasts and family tales. With comfy lounge furniture under the covered patio, there are so many opportunities to make memories. And don't forget to explore Cape Coral's beauty right from your doorstep—maybe even catch a glimpse of dolphins or manatees in the nearby canals. Security Cameras are on the outside of the house (at the front door and perimeter) and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house. Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high.  Noise is monitored in common gathering areas both inside the home (living room) and outside (around the pool).  This only detects volume, not actual conversation. Important Note: Guest gives permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation.
