This private bedroom has a half bathroom that is only a few steps outside your room. Your room is unfurnished but can be furnished. The house has a washer/dryer, workout equipment in the garage which is to the left of the downstairs half bathroom and a large 75” tv in the living room. Outside there is a pool, enclosed patio for smoking, hot tub, bbq flat top grill. Animals are allowed but there is a few cats in house must be notified first of animals. A few people live here including myself. I do live here full time, but I’m not always home. There are others that live here, but people live busy lives. You have your own room with private bathroom and the door locks. So you can have your own privacy. The house has a nest lock so it’s a door code which makes it easy. You don’t need a key. Please give it to no one else. I also have two cats that live here.
