It’s a beautiful space, it’s well appointed with a high-end feel. I would only point out. The construction was underway in full force during our midweek stay and resulted in an early rise.
This property was beautiful inside.However, the location isn't great.The community is still being built, so there were diggers.And mud and rubble everywhere I moved in there on the saturday and booked for a week And had to move out. Because on the Monday the diggers and the Workman started building at seven am The noise was unbearable And I think this property would be better when the area was built because the actor Place itself really is Beautiful inside I left the home as I found it completely immaculate As We had only been there for just a day and a half. I always take pictures when I leave a property especially especially When not on good terms so my name cannot be tarnished. My advice would be hold off on the rental until the area is finished.Also, my brand new BMW was covered in dates from all the building going on.Which cost me a hundred dollars to get cleaned
I booked this house at short notice. It is part of a newly built estate of rental units. The landscaping isn’t yet complete, but there is a short driveway which is gravel but safe. The inside of the townhouse is lovely. Really clean, looks brand new. Everything was spotless, showers, kitchen, etc. Decor was really modern and quite stylish. Very fresh. All equipment in kitchen was new, including air fryer, big gas hob and oven. Excellent TV in a relaxed abdominal comfortable open plan living area. Bed mattresses were excellent. Only minor disappointment was the quilts were warm, clean, but not really breathable. Overall though an excellent place. The area is close to retail outlets , but not really an area for walking around.
