We had a terrible experience staying at Kevin’s place. The flat is on the ground floor in a very old, broken, unmaintained & dirty building. There were noisy kids running around & playing in front of the apartment. The apartment itself is ok, but has a very strong smell of mold. The windows are towards the courtyard of the building without any sunlight. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Luckily we stayed there only for a few hours to sleep before an early flight. Please take note: The host expects you to clean the flat before leaving, throw all the rubbish in the bin outside the building, put all the towels in a basket and more. He has a full list. We were not aware of it, I told the host we will check out at 4am and he didn’t mention anything about it. He wrote at 9am telling me about the cleaning. I wrote him that we already checked out. He complained to airbnb about a tiny bit of rubbish that was left and requested €100 for it. Total scam!! Max 5 mins to clean it. Not recommended.

Appartamento ordinato e super pulito , a pochi passi dal centro di Budapest, il proprietario molto preciso e puntuale ! Raccomandato

Elégedettek voltunk nagyon a szállásal a tisztaságon kívül. Sajnos rengeteg szőrt találtunk meg értelmezhetetlen foltokat az ágyneműn.😞😞😞 Ha a takarításra jobban odafigyelnek abszolút 5 csillagos a szállás Budapest szívében😊😊😊

Kevin’s place was pretty good. I can recommend to all to stay there. Close to restaurants, metro stops, shops, bars.
