This place felt like an efficient, chill oasis that offered the exact change of scenery I was looking for coming from a big city. I'm someone who appreciates the details, like having a hook near the shower entrance for your towel so it's within easy reach. I cannot tell you how many HOTELS I've been to that don't have that (and I'm left putting the towel in an awkward place that just makes more work for me). Little things like this show me that Matthew really put a lot of thought into the space. Clean, fresh linens, check. Comfortable bed and furniture, check. Even a rocking chair, decks of cards and games available for leisure. This place is special, and I'll definitely return.
