Although attached to the main home, there are no shared interior spaces for this suite, as it is entirely private and self contained. Bedroom=15’x13’ Bath=10’x6 The 1 bedroom private guest suite is attached to the main home which is also our personal residence. It is entirely self contained with no shared interior spaces. However, there are two additional Airbnb units: a 2 bedroom upstairs loft apartment and a separate cottage. Guests share a rear parking area with one designated parking space for each of the three units as well as a communal laundry enclosure designated specifically for guests’ use.
