PLEASE REVIEW LISTING FULLY.. you will be charged extra for anything and everything here. Better make it on time for check in. I stayed in the Hideout Room, for the price it is convenient. You get a bed and a roof over your head for your stay. It was decently easy to locate although the street has a closed sign so it took a couple of laps around to find the house. Within walking distance of downtown. There is only 1 bathroom for 5 or more bedrooms which sleep 2 people, I waited up for 1.5 hours for the washroom, had to go to a bar down the street as I could no longer wait. Messaged host asking if there was another bathroom available as the listing stated there was an emergency one and got the response of where the ONLY washroom was available which was the one being used. The window allows a lot of air in which makes the room very chilly- tried to “close it” but wasn’t sure how. The hallway light is left on all night which can make it difficult to sleep if you’re a light sleeper.

If you know you are getting one room with shared amenities with other guests in the basement, then you will not be surprised. It was perfect for an interim stay. Even though the backyard is bare with no garden or landscaping, don't judge. The basement is freshly painted and super clean. My room had a window that opened so I could get fresh air. I brought some food and the refrigerator was super clean and convenient. Very close to Seattle sights. Since my car was loaded I felt I needed to be off the street and paid the $15 for the night. Street parking is doable but could be a distance from the house. Staying in Seattle for under $100 a night is rare!!
