This accommodation is really inviting and I can highly recommend it to anyone interested. Although it is located in a gated community (fenced villa neighbourhood with code-secured access gates), it offers many leisure activities. My children (aged 8-15) and I stayed there for ten days at the end of April. We had a great time together. The modern house offers a lot of comfort (induction cooker, top shower, good beds) and is equipped with everything important (dishwasher, washing machine). It offers possibilities to eat inside and outside and leaves nothing to be desired. The garden is beautiful. The shed houses bicycles, sports equipment (balls, tennis rackets) and swimming gear (bucket & shovel, fins, floats). My children had a lot of fun on the nearby sports field. The beautiful surroundings with forests and sandy beaches are perfect for hiking and swimming. The most beautiful beach is in Chia (15 minutes by car). The town of Pula (15 minutes in the other direction) offers anything...

An amazing house to stay and feel like at home. Modern kitchen and bathroom. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. Private territory with a playground and a park. Nice beach and beautiful territory of the residence. We have enjoyed our stay a lot.

Lorenzo and his parents are the perfect host. We had a very warm welcome and everything was perfect. There motto „by family for families“ is definitely true. The modern house and the big garden is a perfect place to relax. It has everything you need for a family holiday. The kitchen is good equipped, there are books, lots of toys for children, bikes (in almost every size), parasols for the beach, and even a Kajak you can use. The nearby beaches are really nice and the sport centre great for the whole family. You can use the bikes in the gated community which is perfect to get to the beach. The contact with Lorenzo via What’s App is uncomplicated and easy. He always answers really fast. His interactive pdf guide (beaches, restaurants, stores…) is great. We enjoyed every moment staying there. We, and especially our son, fell in love with the place and we will definitely come back some time.

Ein wirklich tolles Airbnb neuem Style, max 5 Personen da nur eine Badezelle. Grosszügige Räume und toller Garten. Gute Küche und WM/Tumbler. Leider für uns das Bett zu weich für die, die es mögen. Kann es nur weiter empfehlen, da auch die Betreuung durch Lorenzo super war. In der Zukunft will er das ganze Haus im ganzen vermieten. Jetzt durch zwei Parteien geteilt, oben und unten. Wir kommen wieder.
