This is one of the nicest homes we have stayed in. The remodel is beautiful!! All the rooms are very large. Unlike most older homes. We had a few of my sons friends over for spaghetti, to celebrate his Stetson graduation. The living and dining rooms are very spacious and open. The bed rooms and bathrooms are large and the hall bath had the most beautiful finishes I have seen. I mentioned a crockpot and they had one delivered on arrival. We walked to an incredible Italian restaurant and convenient store, the liquor barn. Very close. We enjoyed coffee on the back porch and found ourselves congregating on the front porch, in the swing in the evenings. All the linens and towels were brand new. I plan to buy the same brand of bed linens. The house is located minutes from Stetson University and all the stores and restaurants. Even though are son is no longer in Deland, my husband and I plan to rent this beautiful home again and explore Deland a little more.
