Ascending to the top floor, you'll find two further bedrooms – a twin room and a spacious super-king room, along with another bathroom featuring a shower/WC, providing ample space and comfort for larger groups. House Rules Additional information and rules 1 dog allowed per booking - 6 bedrooms – 3 king-size, 1 super-king, 1 twin room (standard) and 1 small twin (3ft) - 5 bathrooms – 1 en-suite bathroom with bath (with hand-held shower attachment) and WC, 2 en-suite shower and WC, and 2 bathrooms with shower and WC, plus a downstairs WC - Electric range cooker, gas hob, coffee machine and coffee grinder, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle - Utility room features washing machine and dryer - Wood burner in the lounge - first basket of logs provided - Smart TV - Owners have upgraded the Wi-Fi/internet and have moved to Starlink Satellite to provide a stable and fast internet connection - Private garden with dining area, outdoor furniture and BBQ - Parking for 6 cars - Ventnor Beach 2 miles, shop 1.5 miles and pub 0.8 miles - Please note, this is an old but comfortably modernised period house and as such parents must ensure that it is their responsibility to ensure small children/infants are properly supervised at all times.
