An exclusive sea access is available just in front of the villa. We provide 4 en suite spacious bedrooms, all with stunning views and large bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and the jewel in the crown - a panoramic sauna overlooking the Ionian sea. Our villa includes two floors. The main entrance and parking are at the upper floor. To its right are the infinity living room, the dining area and the kitchen and to its left the infinity master bedroom and an extra large bathroom. In this floor we have a balcony accessed by the kitchen, which contains a BBQ and an outdoor dining table, and another infinity balcony with stunning views for the exclusive use of the habitants of the master bedroom. This floor is linked to the lower floor by two plights of stairs - one from the entrance to the central area of the lower floor and one from the dining balcony to the pool area. A natural path allows direct access from the parking to the lower floor. The lower floor contains 3 bedrooms - all with stunning views and spacious bathrooms, an outdoor seating area, a 15m long infinity pool, a spacious tanning area, an outdoor shower and a panoramic sauna offering amazing views. A path leads from the pool area to the exclusive sea access that includes also a tanning platform.
