Located in Lion-sur-Mer, Normandy, France, two hours from Paris and five minutes walking from the beach, Les Briques ("The Bricks") offers four spaces within a single place: a coliving, a coworking space, a tea room and a wood studio. You'll stay in the coliving part. You'll have access to your private wood cabine in our design dorm, will share large common spaces (the fully equipped kitchen, the new bathroom, the professional coworking space…) and can enjoy activities with the other colivers! Our coliving at Les Briques is composed by: - a common kitchen/living room, entirely dedicated to the colivers. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridges, freezers, 9 inductions hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, two sinks, boilers…) and base products are furnished (oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, but also coffee and tea!). You'll have a dedicated space in the fridges and the closets, so you can shop (there is a supermarket 5-min-walking away) and cook. The living room has a 4K projector with an Apple TV, games, and a speaker. Perfect for movie nights with the colivers! - a common bathroom, with 3 large showers, 2 toilets and a washing machine. You'll be assigned a storage space in the bathroom. Towels are included, as well as detergent for the washing machine, but note that shower gel or shampoo aren't; - the night space is not your regular hostel dorm. Our has been designed by an architect and built by a carpenter, to provide comfort and privacy, through eleven cabines. Our simple premium cabins are bigger, and have more storage space for your belongings. Lock the door and you're in the dark, in your own space. They all have high-quality made-in-France mattresses, lights, power sockets. The is ideal cabin for a long solo stay at Les Briques ; - on the ground floor you'll find a professional coworking space, with external monitors, a laser printer, a call room, that you'll be able to use without additional charges 24/7; - finally a big 500m² garden that you'll be able to enjoy all year long. It has some water, tables, chairs, and even chicken! All our space is covered by high-speed Wi-Fi, as well as the outdoor. On top of those different spaces, a coffeeshop and a tearoom are opened from Wednesday to Sunday. Each day a new menu is proposed, do not hesitate to ask the program before you join! Also unfortunately, our coliving can't host kids and underaged, even with their parents.
