Villa is amazing. The most breathtaking views you can imagine. Located on the best part of the island , very close to town and the best of the best beaches . One of them being Gallery Bay beach which is literally right outside of the gated community. So you can easily walk to this beach in less than 5 minutes. I felt extremely safe in this gated community of beautiful high end homes , one of which is Giorgio Armani's. We have been renting villa's on various islands throughout the caribbean for over 20 years , and I do alot of research about the villa's before I chose one , making sure of location, value, etc. I was not disappointed and in fact it went beyond my expectations. One of our greatest pleasures was our agent Katia. She was so responsive from day one of booking until the last day . She was accomodating to us with leaving with pending weather issues on our day of departure, helping with directions upon our arrival to grocery stores, and helped long before our arrival with excursions. She was in communication with us by email all week long if we needed anything and was always immediately available by phone. She was the best agent we've ever had. Lovely person!! I got to see the whole west coast of the island , visiting most of the beaches in person or seeing the whole coastline by boat. We also went to some of the higher end resorts just to see if we were missing anything or would do it different next time. We visited Blue Waters resort, Galley Bay Beach Resorts, Hawksbill Beach Resort as guests for the day. We also saw some others along Jolly Harbor, Turner's beach, Love beach and Darkwood beach. we will be staying at Galley Bay Heights again. I'd like to save some of you some time if you are looking to rent Hobie Cats. They are only available on Valley Church beach and Dickenson Beach. Also if you are a snorkeling enthusiast I should tell you it is very disappointing. I went to Cades reef and bird island which are noted as two good places. They are not. Also Deep Bay ( WHICH IS WHERE THE HOUSE IS LOCATED ) is non existent . We were taken to another reef directly in front of Blue Waters resort which only the locals , and Sandals boat use, but to our dismay that reef is also dead. It is such a shame, whether it's hurricanes or global warming, but the reefs are not there.
