Sandra and John are superb Hosts. We felt at home and well cared for from the moment we met them. Breakfast was wonderful. John served us a nice cup of coffee along with breakfast.

Sandra and John were such lovely hosts! The bed was very comfortable, everything was clean and the breakfast was massive. It was close to the city center and to the airport. John offered to drive us around and show us the town, unfortunately we were going to an event but it was really kind of him and we wish we had done it. If we’re going back to Edinburgh we will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Simply wonderful. Peaceful location, excellent accessibility to the city center and the airport (even at night), rich breakfast, comfortable bed. On top of that, very kind and friendly hosts Sandra and John. John even took us for a ride around the city in his car. We truly enjoyed our stay in Edinburgh. Thank you!

Sandra and John are very kind and thoughtful, the room is very clean and tidy, the bed is very comfortable! They offered breakfast for me just like I am part of the family! So sweet! The surrounding area is also beautiful and quiet. Highly recommended!
