The back patio has outdoor seating with a fire table and backs up to a park so is pretty private. There’s also a balcony above the patio has a pretty great view over the park. The house is professionally cleaned once a month. The neighborhood has a pool and barbecues. You'll be sharing the house with the owner. He is a software engineer in his 30's who works from home and is fairly active.
