The Clouds is truly an extraordinary place. It offers a cozy atmosphere that feels like a second home, providing the ideal setting to unwind and let go of all your work-related stress and worries. With its breathtaking 360-degree views, this house has everything you could possibly need. The host is not only incredibly accommodating but also quick to respond to any inquiries. My wife and I were so amazed by our experience that we are already planning to return to this stunning hilltop retreat in the clouds in just a few months.

The Clouds is a delightful and cosy haven atop a hill, overlooking the Strzelecki ranges and Wilson’s Prom. Getting there is half the fun! After driving through beautiful Gippsland farmland, the adventure begins as you embark on the climb to reach the house, enjoying spectacular views along the way. It is beautifully decorated, full of natural light, spotlessly clean and with a chef’s kitchen and fire place. It was a magical retreat for our family, the cows were a hit with the kids. It’s quite a new home (but full of character), so felt solid and not draughty. We played board games, read books by the fire (wood provided, thank you!), and had a coffee on the porch while kids explored outside. Locally baked bread, jam and bottle of wine were waiting for us when we arrived which added to the rural charm. A very special weekend. Would be great to go with 2 families.. the host said there is additional bedding options so we may return with friends. Very special place. Wifi was good.

"The clouds" is a stunning property, with a house that feels like a home. Thanks for letting us bring our dog, we appreciated that the back deck and yard was so safe for her too. The space is stunning, it's obvious Colleen has put a lot of effort into making it homely and beautiful at the same time. The view is breathtaking too, and despite the chilly autumn air we loved sitting on the deck and watching the sun set ove Wilson's prom. We would happily stay again, thanks for having us!

"The Clouds" is not your average Airbnb! Flanked by majestic mountains, lush forests, and the stunning Wilson's Promontory, this location is TRULY other-worldly. The natural beauty surrounding the house is so breathtaking. We were thrilled to wake to the sight of kangaroos grazing outside our window, and enjoyed peaceful moments on the sunny back deck with soaring wedge-tailed eagles and kookaburras. The house is spectacular. With high ceilings, luxury appliances, and beautiful furnishings, every corner invites relaxation and cosy chats around a roaring fireplace. The beds were so comfy and the quality linen added to the luxury. Our upper-level bedroom was a haven, featuring a private library and a balcony with a telescope for stargazing. Every detail was considered by Colleen, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable – even spoiling us with local produce upon our arrival! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable getaway.
