On the upper level of ALUMUNA you will find a huge open plan living space with an ocean front dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has everything you'll need, including state of the art appliances, espresso machine and nutribullet, making it easy to nestle in and create those perfect at home fine dining experiences. The kitchen, living, dining and master bedroom all face east to bathe ALUMUNA with morning sun. And on those cooler days, the under floor heating downstairs allows for warmth to radiate throughout. Our rammed earth walls and double glazed windows also provide the perfect insulation, with an eco conscious intention to provide a sustainable solution to contain and cultivate warmth. The master bedroom provides uninterrupted views of the entire south end of Binalong Bay, boasting a king sized bed, large walk in robe and an extra lush ensuite that features a large waterfall shower, bath tub with an amazing beach view and heated towel rack. The heated pool and infrared sauna are upstairs and enclosed by floor to ceiling bifold doors and double glazed windows. This space is able to open up onto a long private sun deck, allowing for the pool area to have an indoor or outdoor feel according to your preference. There is also a cosy nook to sit and enjoy a book on the bean bags after a sauna sesh, dip in the pool and hot shower!
