I have made every effort for my review to be objective. Positives: > Great views > Lovely hot tub Constructive Points: > Boiler is in kitchen & loud when running making it hard to relax > Single beds with hard mattresses & new but poor quality linen throughout > One pillow per adult > One small thin towel each, shame as the hot tub is fab > Very little effort for a Christmas stay, two token very small desktop trees & some crackers and tinsel - bah humbug! > Dead flies fall from window frames when opened > Very strict recycling rules but no recycling bins inside House rules are onerous - be careful as host tried to claim £80 for "sorting refuse" & mistook teabags in the countertop bin for doggy poop (yes, really! This was stressful to us to be honest). Thankfully I had photos so Airbnb threw out the claim so be careful to photograph everything! I know host responds emotively to negative feedback (see below ;) but I feel honesty is best.

We really enjoyed our stay at the mill of Kellas, it’s a lovely house in a gorgeous setting Lots to do in the area, whisky, walking and gorgeous beaches!
