I'm Lliwen - I'm Welsh and offering a bit of Welsh Welcome in Oxford! Comprising of small villages guest accommodation are within traditional B&Bs; where a room is offered for the evening in a private home with a breakfast. This has a home from feel to your stay. The rates are lower than Guest Houses or Hotels as rooms are requested to be vacated during the day. 15 years ago I gave up pharmaceutical marketing role to look after my children and set up as a traditional B&B offering affordable guest rooms with a typical Welsh welcome!! Offering the same quality of rooms as in guest houses - or even better - with the additional lower nightly cost the rooms proved very popular - especially for guests working in Oxford. Many found Guest Houses or B&Bs too expensive and would be forced to commute every day or even sleep in their cars! Due to this obvious demand I set up Abodes of Oxford, offering not only my rooms but other nice B&B rooms in other host homes in and around the Oxford area. Our aim is to offer Welcoming, Nice & Affordable Places to Stay. 60% of our booking s are from returning guests! If my room is unavailable we offer other inexpesive rooms in and around Oxford, which I personally guarantee as I visit each one and would be more than happy to stay in myself!!
