Our villa is not your typical beach house; it's furnished and designed to be lived in all year round, with outdoor verandas overlooking the village pool and the natural park behind it. Our veranda features a wooden table with 6 chairs and a precious outdoor sofa, leading you to the entrance living room characterized, as you'll notice, by the scent and beauty of the juniper and olive columns in the entrance loft. Entering the living room, you'll find a sofa bed situated right in front of the TV area, and to the left, you'll find the kitchen area equipped with a perfectly functional gas hob, fridge, and freezer. From the entrance living room, you'll access the corridor composed of a complete bathroom with all the facilities and a shower cubicle, then the entrance to the master bedroom, which features two beautifully crafted wardrobes of great value with a window overlooking the external veranda; finally, there's the other bedroom, consisting of a bunk bed and another pull-out single bed, overlooking the other side of the external veranda. The spaces are open, spacious, and bright. Throughout the house, there are ample and convenient compartments to store personal belongings and luggage. The property provides a Smart TV in the living room, and you can access Netflix, Youtube, and other applications thanks to the Wi-Fi connection. Additionally, you'll find towels of various sizes, bed sheets, blankets, duvet, a Welcome Kit with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, and everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We ask you not to throw anything other than toilet paper into the toilet, as this could cause blockage in the drainage pipes and require intervention from a septic tank service.
