The "rue des moulins", its animation, its restaurant, the terraces along the Arve, is also at 100m.
You can also walk to lifts such as Aiguille du Midi and Le Brevent (be careful on the ascent).
It's easy to get around Chamonix on foot, as the apartment is located right in the heart of the town. If you're traveling by car, you'll appreciate the two parking spaces available in the underground parking lot. You'll also find guest cards to take advantage of public transport and preferential rates, so you can easily discover the rest of the valley and its many points of interest.
