Eric is a helpful host. The home is very nice and clean. The linens were very clean and the bed was very comfortable. There were no towels supplied in the bathroom. We did not use the TV, kitchen, or living area on the second floor. Our room was on the third floor. Our only concern was regarding the bathroom, which we could not find at first because the door was locked and was one of three other doors on our floor. The listing also states that there would be a bathroom just for us, but there is another bedroom rental next to the one we had, so we were confused about whether we would be sharing the bathroom. There was a toothbrush at the sink, but we did not see another renter. Eric responded to my message and came to unlock the bathroom, saying he would fix the problem for the future. He was kind and gracious, and we would stay with him again.

I recently stayed at Eric’s beautiful room, and had an exceptional experience. As a traveling nurse’s assistant working many overtime hours, I deeply appreciated the host's communicative and flexible nature. The house itself is amazingly beautiful, providing a perfect sanctuary after long shifts. Eric showed immense respect and care for my schedule, ensuring both my safety and comfort throughout my stay. He went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable, and his dedication to guest wellbeing is truly commendable. We need more hosts like him who genuinely care about their guests. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and supportive place to stay. ---
