第一天wifi听说被猴子拔了（房子所在的地方手机网络一阵一阵的），第二天维修很迅速！虽然wifi的网速也不怎样很慢。进房子要走一段的阶梯，不过如果你看到房子后，你会觉得一切都是值得的！

This was a lovely peaceful end to our stay in Bali, we loved watching the tide come in and out, and swimming when it was halfway in or out. Rising at dawn and watching the sky turn pink was almost better than the famous sunsets! People have mentioned the steps - they were not for the faint hearted but after the first surprise (we made the mistake of arriving in the dark) they were really not very long or as treacherous as first appeared. We are in our 60s and skipped up and down a few times a day without any problems. I’d recommend paying for the porters to carry any bulky or heavy bags though as the steps are narrow and steep! Wayan the housekeeper was absolutely charming and a legend of Balinese hospitality. If you are looking for a simple and unassuming beach house where you can enjoy the sound of the ocean with a virtually private beach directly outside then this is the place for you! We loved it!

We had a very memorable stay at Villa Monyet and wished it was longer. The stairs were easy enough to manage for our active family with 10 year old boys. There are many great restaurants within a 15 minute walk. Our favorite was Satu Uluwatu. The beach is almost private and the sheltered lagoon in front of the house is perfect for swimming/snorkeling when the tide isn’t too high or low. At low tide it’s an easy walk to Padang Padang for food, monkeys and surf. Thank you Luis for sharing your home!
