From the very beginning all my questions were answered in a prompt manner. They even had a trusted Tuk Tuk driver (Sergio)in case we need it to travel. The apt is about 10 minutes away from maintown Panajachel. If you ride a tuk tuk (I recommend Sergio as your driver, very flexible and knows the town very well). Trips were between 40 - 60Q one way depending the time of the day. After the tuk tuk ride, the apt is located on a hill, walkable but I won't recommend for very elderly people. Once inside the apt, we were greed it by our host. She introduced us to a superclean and spacious location, and extra things sush as: mosquito repellent, sunscreen, Guatemalan coffee, salt, sugar and water (don't by them as I did at the supermarket). Waking up to the sounds nature was the best, standing at the terrace with a cup of coffee overseeing the lake and it's magical volcanos was an astonishing experience, even at night with a fullmoon the lake was amazing. A town full of culture and joy.
I was sad I was only here for one night! I did freak out at how high up it was, but a nice gentleman threw my suitcase over his head and carried it way up to the top. The view was AMAZING! If you're not in shape I would definitely request a lower rental!! Gabriel was very easy to work with and responded immediately! Clean and beyond nice!! Just do it!!
My husband & I stayed here last minute on a trip to lake atitlan for a few days. We were so impressed by the place! We loved every minute here. Everything was very clean and tidy! All the sheets & towels felt brand new. We had a chef come in the morning to cook us breakfast and then we scheduled a massage right on the balcony with the most incredible view. Something we will remember for years to come! Walking up the hill to the place is very hard if you are not in shape but the views are worth it. When we arrived the host carried our suitcase up to our place. They are always there to help you! BOOK THIS PLACE!!! You will be so happy waking up looking at the volcanoes with a cup of coffee in your hand.
La pasé súper bien y todo fue bastante acogedor
El lugar está muy bello, super amplio , los muebles muy cómodos, el jacuzzi funciona al 100%, las personas que dan la bienvenida y salida son muy amables, son claros en dar instrucciones, en general el lugar es muy bello!! Súper recomendado...
