We are located north of Downtown Leadville, a 8 minute walk to Harrison Ave. Our spacious backyard includes comfy outdoor seating and direct access to the Mineral Belt trail (11.6 mi paved bike and walking path). This is the perfect home base for Leadville's race series & exploring our beautiful town and mountains. Our house has 2 bedrooms and an office which can be converted into a third bedroom if you need it. Our kitchen is sunny and opens via back door into our backyard, with a cozy patio with views of Mt. Elbert and Mt. Massive! Walk out our backyard onto the Mineral Belt rec. path and stroll easily into Leadville's downtown.
