Fun spiral staircase that goes to the 3rd floor deck! 1st floor includes eat-in kitchen with a TV, 3/4 bathroom (shower), dining room, living room with TV, front foyer, 3 season porch, and a back porch off the kitchen. On the outside there is also a front and back deck. 2nd floor includes 1 bedroom with an attached 3/4 bath and a queen size bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and 3rd bedroom has a twin size daybed with a pull out trundle. There is also a full bathroom with tub/shower and laundry. 3rd floor includes a bedroom with a king size bed, 2 full size beds and a toddler bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, and a 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and a toddler bed. There is a common space with a futon and a TV. There is a full bathroom (tub/shower) and door in the common area that leads to a 3rd floor deck with a spiral staircase that leads to the yard below. There are steps into the house at both the front and the back of the house. I have a pack n' play for an infant or toddler and baby monitor which are both stored in the laundry room on the 2nd floor. There are infant, toddler, children and adult life jackets in the 3 season porch that can be used by guests.
