Situated just 10 min drive from Larnaca Airport, a 5 min drive from Pervolia, a small Cypriot Village, 10 min from Kiti where you will find restaurants, bars, supermarkets (Lidl and Alpha Mega) and 20 min from downtown Larnaca. Agia Napa the best party city and the popular Nissi Beach are only 45 min drive. We recommend having a car or bike. The villa is fully detached and has two bedrooms, one with a double bed whilst the second room has two single beds which can be configured into a double bed. The sofa (brand new) in the living room, can also turn into a full double bed with a memory foam mattress. The private pool measures approximately 9m by 4m.
