Of these ones, one has an en suite bathroom whilst the other two share a comfortable bathroom. Each one offers elegant full size (floor to ceiling) wooden built in closets, and are completed with beautiful finishing touches like golden chromed color side lamps next to the comfortable double beds. They all offer amazing views over the Mediterranean Sea. In front of the bedrooms, we find a spacious terrace area, where a lounge area gives us the possibility to unwind with a cool chilled cocktail in hand as you enjoy the amazing sunset views over Moraira and its stunning coastline. EXTERIOR: Situated in an area with green landscapes, this whitewashed villa reflects Mediterranean charm and modern sophistication. On the balconies are black iron rails, creating a perfect contrast that is both classic and contemporary. As you arrive at the villa, a wide electric slide door opens smoothly, welcoming the guests in the most comfortable way. Once we entered the property, we find plenty of parking space situated just in front of the villa. The villa has an outdoor staircase on the left, where guests can descend directly towards the pool area. In this large pool area we find a significant sized pool with a concrete built in seating area, equipped with cushions and pillows. As well we have a gas barbecue to our disposal to enjoy incredible meal experiences during the day. The pool area is equipped with modern sunbeds and stylish hanging seats.These cocoon-like seats provide a cozy spot to sway gently in the breeze, giving us the opportunity to watch the surrounding landscape whilst being in comfort. LOCATION: PARAISO MONTEMAR is perfectly located just 2.5 km from the pittoresque village of Moraira and its beaches.There we will find restaurants, bars and many leisure areas.Heading to the other direction from the villa, towards Benissa, we find just in less than 500 meters some of the best restaurants of the area, which are reachable within walking distance. The villa is nicely situated in a protected green area, offering a maximum of privacy and tranquility. Just next to the villa, we encounter a historical piece of construction which used to be a shepherd cottage. Important to know is that the area surrounding the villa descends significantly, with a ravine area close by, which requires extra attention if you travel with little ones.
