The Guest bedroom also features modern coastal decor with a queen size bed with a connecting guest bath, serving as a second master. The unit is located within the gated resort community of Ocean Pointe. A beautiful ocean front, keys style condo at MM 92. The condo provides our guests with direct ocean access and minutes to the bay via Tavernier Creek. Centrally located in Tavernier at mile marker 92, it is an all-suite resort located directly on the Atlantic Ocean. Located on 60 acres in the Florida Keys and part of a protected mangrove forest. Property is entered through a private road and gatehouse. From sunrise to sunset you can enjoy the many activities our Florida Keys resort has to offer. Onsite pool, restaurant, beach, marina, tennis courts, boat and trailer parking and much more. Fine restaurants and shopping are just minutes away, along with boating, fishing, snorkeling, diving, Everglades eco-tours, glass bottom boat reef trips, parasailing, wave runners, and swimming with the dolphins. Everything you could want for your Florida Keys vacation is here! In an effort to make your vacation experience the best possible ever, I go above and beyond offering additional amenities seldom found at other properties. If a guest forgot to pack certain toiletries, no worries as I have travel size items to get you through the night . I provide coffee items to start your morning as you get settled in. These include: Regular coffee maker with coffee Creamers Decaf coffee Several sugar choices Tea Keurig coffee pot with pods Coffee grinder Blender Toaster Brita To enhance your stay, the following items are provided for your enjoyment: Pickleball Set Board games, Cards, Yahtzee Cabana style pool towels Pool floats Pool noodles Coolers (hard sided and soft sided) Kayak's can be rented through local vendors that will deliver and pick up most anywhere within the area. Please respect our neighbors. Guests are asked to refrain from loud parties, no destructive behavior or drugs!!! If police are called to the condo during your stay, you will be asked to leave and forfeit remaining rent. Renters are responsible for cleanliness of the condo during your rental stay. Area is perfect for walking, jogging, biking and kayaking. There is a small neighborhood grocery store with a great selection of meats and wines, BB&T bank, restaurant/bar and gas station located near by. Additionally, there are several restaurants, dress and gift shops, dive center, paddle board and kayak rentals, dive and fish charters, seafood store, church, and a once a week farmers market. With-in one mile from the neighborhood there is also a shopping center which includes Winn-Dixie, restaurants, bar, post office, movie theater, CVS, McDonald's, Dunkin Doughnuts, AT&T and Mariners Baptist Hospital. 3 miles from the house is Founders Community park with beach, playground, soccer field, outdoor gym, tennis courts, boat ramp and swimming pool. You must also have in your name a reservation for a boat trailer parking space and, if you are keeping your boat in the marina, you must have a reservation for an assigned boat slip. The name on the room reservation, boat registration, and insurance information must all be the same. Reservations for which all the required documentation has been received will be confirmed two weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date. Rules/Regulations/Restrictions: -All Boats are required to carry insurance ($300K Liability and $100K Property Damage) as stated per Ocean Pointe Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required prior to entering property. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property. Please attach a copy of your certificate of insurance to this form when faxing back to us. It is also necessary that you bring these documents with you as you may be asked to provide it again. -All jet powered water crafts (i.e., jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited. -Boats exceeding a registered length of 28 feet are strictly prohibited. Information on offsite availability for vessels over 28 feet and jet powered water crafts is available upon request. (Note: maximum beam with: 9’ 6”). Fees/Charges: **PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE BETWEEN THE TIME QUOTED AND THE TIME RESERVATION REQUEST IS SUBMITTED** Marina reservations for guests are $4 per foot per night to stay on a wet slip which includes trailer parking and launch privileges. $50 per night for dry parking which includes launch privilege, but no wet slip, the boat cannot be left on the water, and the ramp may not be obstructed by a boat any longer than 15 minutes to be launched and pulled out. Keep in mind that these are the pricing for off-season/non-holiday dates. If you end up coming in during a mini-season or holiday these fees will be different. $5 per foot per night on Holidays for wet slip (includes trailer parking and ramp use) and $65 per night for trailer parking (no wet slip, but ramp use included). $6 per foot per night during the mini-season (includes trailer parking and ramp use) and $65 per night for trailer parking (no wet slip, but ramp use included). Come enjoy your vacation or holiday relaxing and playing in the world famous Florida Keys. POSITIVE NOTE: I don't charge a resort fee when you book. The only fees you will be charged are the Airbnb fee, cleaning fee and taxes. This property has it all. My husband Jon and I are life long public servants. I am a retired principal while Jon is still a current principal in Broward County. We love our two sons who both are engineers in Broward County. The boys love fishing and grew up coming down to the keys as children. It just made sense to own property in the beautiful Florida Keys! It is a priority for us to offer an impeccable customer service experience for our guests at our property.
