My place is 30 metres from the beach, there are family-friendly activities, great views, restaurants, art and culture, sport activities. The watter is crystal clean and around the house is a lot of space. It's perfect for couples and families with small children. There is no traffic (we are at the end of a blind street), so you (and your kids) can safety go to the beach, walk and play around. Forget your electronic devices for a while and enjoy the Mediterranean climate and unspoiled nature! Private house on the beach with a lot of space around it (500 m2) for a perfect holidays for couples or families with small children. It is equipped with the essentials for a relaxed and romantic get away from the city, from all the obligations and stress. You have complete privacy and on the other side you are close to food store (300m), restaurants (300m), lively town center (Fažana 2km, Peroj 0,5 km) and big city (Pula, 10 km) with many attractions and all infrastructure (hospital, airport, shopping...).

It was a nice week by the sea for us. The house perfectly corresponded to the description, all the time I cooked in the outdoor kitchen, you will find really everything there. We spent the whole time outside. The biggest advantage is the proximity of the sea, where children themselves could walk home and to the beach. I recommend the beaches towards Peroj, they are much more beautiful and calmer. There is a new bike path where you can run and cycle. The owner is very helpful, advises and responds quickly to mails. The house was clean and tidy. Beautiful holiday.....thank you very much.
Zvezdan´s house is perfect place for active families who like to spend time together and out of doors. We (family with 3 kids - 6, 4, 1 y) were living out of the house whole holiday and that was the best! Beach so close with absolutly clear sea, big garden, teracce with natural tree shadow, outdoor kitchen with grill, clean house with everything you need, Fazana in walking distance... Just perfect! And with very heplful and communicative Zvezdan on the top, who provided for us even baby bed and chair. We warmly recommend this place!
We had a great stay in Fazana! Communication with Zvezdan was perfect from the very first moment-always helpful and very fast in responding. The tiny house offered everything we needed-the outdoor kitchen is great! The best is the proximity to the beach-it is really just 30metred
This is very basic and expensive for what you get. Showers couldn’t be used. Very hot without air con. Only 1 bedroom and a set of bunk beds in a corridor. Hosts attitude didn’t help the situation either.
It was a great holiday. We enjoyed to eat and cook outside, to live next to the sea and to swim in the crystal clear water. There are a lot of things to do. Pula, Fazana and Peroj are really nice to visit. Zvezdan is a very prudently host, this is a good place for family holidays.

The house is located in a very peaceful area, 30 meters from the beach. There is around 50 small houses/properties like ours, mainly used as summer houses. Quests can enjoy swimming in the crystal clear water with the perfect view on Brioni islands (where the famous residence of former Yugoslav president Tito is located - open to tourist). The beach is covered with small white stones. You can go around also by bike (excursions or tours for advance bikers) or walk (perfect for jogging).
The most important things for every days life (food store, restaurant) are in walking distance from the house, to Pula you can get by bike on special bike routes, by car or by bus (bus station is 0,5 km from the house).
