So our wish is for our guests to pause, and rest in our villa and perhaps go whale watching when the season is right! Vila Paus comprise of two villas on the same property. We have listings on Airbnb for the two together, or each one separately. This listing is for Vila Paus Satu (One), which is the front villa directly opposite the beach. This modern Balinese style villa, offers, unique styling, and comfort. Hotel quality bedding has been handpicked and styled with guests' comfort in mind. Vila Paus Satu offers open-plan living, with bi-fold doors that open up onto a large timber deck overlooking a gorgeous Balinese inspired garden complete with a firepit for the cooler months. A large shade sail has just been installed which is perfect for day time lounging or alfresco dining on the deck. As the sun sets, enjoy the ambience from our newly installed festoon lighting, making it the perfect place to sit, chat and relax. Vila Paus Satu has 3 double sized bedrooms - the master bedroom boasts a beautiful 4 poster timber queen size bed and has ocean views. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and bedroom 3 has another unique hand-made timber queen bed with its own ensuite. Whilst our bi-fold doors allow for plenty of beautiful fresh sea breezes, the villa has reverse-cycle air conditioning in all bedrooms, as well as the main living area. The kitchen is modern, open plan and features quality appliances as well as gas top cooking. The living room is spacious and opens out to the deck with ocean views. There is a large digital TV with access to all popular streaming services such as Netflix and Prime. All you need is your own login details. Don’t forget to logout before you leave! You may also like to listen to your favourite music, check the weather or find a recipe using our echo dot, a voice controlled speaker. All you need to do is start each command with ‘Alexa’. The bathrooms are well appointed, full of character and equipped with sustainability in mind. We have body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers filled with quality products that are cruelty & paraben-free. There is a small laundry available with a washer, dryer and drying racks available for guests use. The villa has CCTV at the front of the house and is also gated for added security. There is plenty of allocated off-street parking available. (See photo in the gallery). However please be mindful of how you park to ensure your neighbours (if you have any) have clear access to their entrance.
