There's a 13-foot lighted umbrella to illuminate your meal or to provide shade if you need it. There's plenty of room to gather around on the pool deck. Pick a lounge chair, or have a seat at the sofa seating area or the rocking bistro set. There's room for all your family and friends to enjoy the outdoors around the pool! After sunset, the pool becomes the most gorgeous cobalt blue, that will melt any troubles away. After sunset, enjoy the fire pit. It offers privacy, seating for 10, and is stocked with seasoned wood for fast starts and long-lasting fires. As you settle in together to revel in the orange glow of the flames and the crackle of the firewood, nature’s lightshow begins, and the sky above you blooms with a breathtaking galaxy of uncountable stars. ***BASEMENT - Game Room, Karaoke Room*** Downstairs is the huge game room, featuring a 6-seat poker table and chip set, a fuseball table, electronic darts, a wall-mounted 3-foot-by-3-foot Connect 4 game, and more. There’s plenty of space for the entire group to gather and enjoy, and what activity is guaranteed to get everyone laughing? Karaoke, of course! Our dedicated Karaoke Lounge has a digital karaoke machine with easy instructions and lyrics, plenty of comfortable couch seating. Neon signs, a strobe light, and a Silver Stream backdrop are appropriate for singers ranging from diva to…well…cringe-worthy. ***SECOND FLOOR - 3 Bedrooms with 5 King Beds, 2 Full Bathrooms, Speakeasy Room with Queen pull-out sofa, and hall seating Upstairs is a trio of King bedrooms, each featuring a Zinus 12" Cooling Green Tea mattress with pillow top mattress cover, 55"; 4k flat screen TV loaded with YouTube TV, large walk-in closet; a carpeted floor, and an upholstered bed bench or stool. Bedroom 2 overlooks the upper deck and has a desk and chair workstation.. Bedroom 3 has three big windows for abundant natural light and grand views of the surroundings, and has a desk and chair workstation. Bedroom 4 is oversized and features a pair of King beds, ample natural light, and vaulted ceiling. The tan leather sofa in the Speakeasy Lounge converts to a super comfortable Queen sofabed, with soft bedding and a foam topper. The bathrooms are modern and spacious. A half bath with vessel sink is on the first floor, and upstairs are two full baths with a combination shower / tub and lovely vessel sinks. ***Final Things to Note*** Preserving Kentucky History Kentucky’s history is as storied as it is unique, and we are actively preserving a small part of that history right here. At the far rear edge of our estate property is a stand of trees that surrounds a dozen modest headstones and markers. They are registered with the KY Historical Society and we are the proud caretakers. You can a hike for a look, but we ask that you not touch the stones. Outdoor Quiet Time is from 10 PM through 7 AM per county ordinance, and we strictly enforce this in consideration of our valued and wonderful neighbors. During this time, please refrain from outdoor activities and boisterous conversation that generates more noise than a casual face-to-face discussion. **There is a ring doorbell on the front door and a ring camera facing driveway on the back door for security No cameras are located in the pool/hot tub area. These security cameras record both video and audio day and night. They have no on/off switch. \ NON-SMOKING POLICY This property is strictly non-smoking, and smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside and outside on the decks and landings. This includes, but is not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vaping devices, e-cigarettes and drugs - including marijuana. We strictly enforce. If you do smoke, there will be a $250 fee per incident. No food or alcohol provided. No Pets * For guests with allergies, we are a pet-free property. If you bring a pet, you will be charged a minimum of $250. No Events. No parties or weddings are allowed. A maximum of 12 guests (including children). The minimum age for renters is 25 years old.
